ClayHQ provides a comprehensive management platform for clay target shooting clubs, associations, and competitors. Our Service includes:

User Accounts

Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

Account Termination

User Responsibilities

Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription Plans

ClayHQ offers various subscription plans for clubs and associations. Pricing and features are available on our website and may change with notice.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, except as required by law.

Beta Period

During our beta period, the Service may be provided free of charge. We reserve the right to begin charging for the Service with reasonable notice to users.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by ClayHQ and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service (event data, competitor information, etc.). By submitting content, you grant ClayHQ a license to use, display, and process this content to provide the Service.

Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. We collect, use, and protect your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring you have necessary permissions to submit personal information of competitors and members to the Service.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClayHQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Data Accuracy

While we implement measures to ensure data accuracy, you are responsible for verifying the accuracy of scores, grades, and other information entered into the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ClayHQ harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.

Entire Agreement
