By using ClayHQ, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Overview
ClayHQ is a platform that enables:
- Clubs and associations to manage events and memberships
- Competitors to register, participate, and track results
2. Accounts
You must:
- Provide accurate information
- Keep your login details secure
- Be responsible for activity on your account
We may suspend accounts that:
- Violate these terms
- Misuse the platform
3. Roles and Access
ClayHQ supports multiple roles:
- Competitors
- Club administrators
- Association administrators
- System administrators
Each role has different permissions and responsibilities.
4. Platform Use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the platform
- Access data you are not authorised to access
- Interfere with system operation
- Upload false or misleading information
5. Events and Registrations
Clubs and associations are responsible for:
- Event setup and accuracy
- Pricing and policies
- Refund handling (unless otherwise stated)
ClayHQ provides the platform but does not run events.
6. Payments
Payments are processed via Stripe.
ClayHQ:
- Does not store full card details
- May charge platform fees where applicable
7. Data Responsibility
Clubs and associations are responsible for:
- Managing their members' data appropriately
- Ensuring they have permission to upload/import data
8. Availability
We aim to keep ClayHQ available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ClayHQ is not liable for:
- Loss of data
- Event issues or disputes
- Indirect or consequential damages
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- These terms are violated
- The platform is misused
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time.
Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
