Why ClayHQ started
Volunteer time should go further
ClayHQ began with familiar club pressures: repeated data entry, spreadsheets passed between committees, fragmented event records and information that disappears when volunteers change. The aim was practical from the start—make the work easier and create continuity.
What it has become
A platform that connects participation
Club operation, events, competitor activity and association visibility can reinforce one another when they share a careful infrastructure layer. ClayHQ is building that layer without asking clubs to surrender their identity or governance.
