About ClayHQ
Built to support clubs, associations, and competitors with modern tools for day to day management.
Built by shooters, for shooters
ClayHQ is a modern management platform built to support clay shooting clubs, associations, and competitors by bringing structure, visibility, and consistency to how the sport is run.
Designed alongside volunteers, officials, and competitors, ClayHQ focuses on helping clubs manage their operations more effectively while preserving the community driven nature of the sport.
Why ClayHQ exists
Running a clay shooting club involves far more than running events.
Clubs and associations are responsible for managing members, records, grading systems, compliance, communication, reporting, and long term continuity. These responsibilities are often handled using spreadsheets, paper records, and disconnected tools.
This creates challenges such as:
- •Heavy administrative load on volunteers and committees
- •Inconsistent or fragmented records across seasons and clubs
- •Limited visibility for associations and governing bodies
- •Competitors having little access to their own participation history
ClayHQ exists to bring these responsibilities together into a single purpose built system that helps clubs operate more smoothly, transparently, and sustainably.
What ClayHQ focuses on
ClayHQ is designed as club and association management software, with event management forming a key part of a broader system.
Our focus includes:
- •Club and association administration
- •Member and competitor management
- •Event creation, scoring, and results management
- •Grading systems and historical records
- •Reporting, visibility, and operational consistency
- •Reducing administrative burden for volunteers
The goal is to give clubs one place to manage the day to day running of their organisation, not just individual events.
Built with the shooting community
ClayHQ is being developed in collaboration with clubs, associations, and competitors across Australia and New Zealand.
Feedback from early adopters directly influences how the platform evolves, ensuring it reflects real world workflows and responsibilities.
Where ClayHQ is today
ClayHQ is currently in public beta.
During this phase, the platform is being refined with a focus on core club management features, usability, and discipline support. The priority is building a strong foundation before expanding further.
What ClayHQ is not
ClayHQ is:
- •Not just an event scoring or competition tool
- •Not a generic management system adapted for shooting sports
- •Not designed to replace clubs, committees, or associations
Instead, it is built to support and strengthen the existing structures that keep the sport running.
Looking ahead
ClayHQ is being built for the long term to help clubs operate more efficiently, support volunteers, and give competitors better visibility of their involvement in the sport.
As the platform grows, its direction will continue to be shaped by collaboration with the shooting community and the evolving needs of clubs and associations.
